About Me

Hi! I’m Charlotte, mum to two wonderful kiddos and the founder of Little Acorn Sleep. Having experienced the exhaustion and overwhelm of sleep deprivation first-hand, I know how challenging it can be – and I’m here to help.

With a combination of personal experience and research-backed strategies, I provide compassionate, bespoke guidance to improve your little one’s sleep. My aim is to support you every step of the way, helping you achieve real, positive changes—often within just a few days.
